Our company, POZITEAM-Knoco Hungary’s main profile is to provide Knowledge Management consultancy and trainings, in cooperation with  our franchise partner, the Knoco Ltd (UK), one of the world leaders in the application of Knowledge Management (KM). Based on our more than twenty years’ experience in the field of organizational trainings and consultancy we have realized succesful KM projects among others at the Hungarian State Television, The Nuclear Power Station in Paks, and  IT-Services Hungary.

It is a commonly shared opinion that the real value of a company consists of its human capital, and the knowledge accumulated in the organization. At the same time we experience that the complex handling of the knowledge asset happens only in very few cases, although the more efficient usage of the corporate knowledge asset can improve business results. To introduce the opportunities of knowledge management we are offering the following:

1. Quarterly Thematic Knowledge Management Workshops – we organize these events free of charge to build a KM Community of Practice in Hungary.
2. Knowledge Management Trainings – we are offering a variety of trainings for different target groups: 1 day Intro KM Training, 2 days Basic Training, 3 days Master Course and Thematic KM trainings, which has been successfully implemented worldwide and in Hungary as well. At the end of our Basic KM Training you will be able to place knowledge management in your organization and define some KM initiatives with concrete results that can be implemented right after the training.
